Mugwort oil can be used for many things: 
💚 menstruation pains -  put a couple of drops into yiur belly button and/or massaged into your abdomen. 
💚 lymphatic drainage - massage into affected areas in a downward motion 
💚 lucid dreaming - massage some into your body before bed, put a few drops into a nighttime drink, or place a few drops on a dream pillow 
💚 spell work - use topically or in a drink when getting into the zone for spell work. Can also use to anoint and cleanse magical tools 
💚 meditation - apply to temples before meditation to help induce trance states and reach other dimensions 
💚 astral projection- use topically or in a drink to aid states for astral projection. 
💚 insomnia - having some mugwort oil before bed may help you drift off into a deep sleep 
💚 anxiety and depression - used topically or internally may help ease anxiety and depression symptoms
💚 headaches and migraines - apply to temples to soothe a sore head
