About the event
A retreat day to share with your child/ren in Essex. All activities can be done together.
We'll take a foraging walk to learn some safe foods and medicines that grow around us.
Practice some breathwork techniques that are calming and relaxing, and suitable for children.
Play with various instruments and practice some free movement to music.
Make art in nature with treasures that we find.
Participate in as much or as little as you like, and feel free to dip in and out as necessary.
